To connect your TikTok account to Hutch, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations within the Hutch dashboard, and press Connect within the TikTok section.
You will be redirected to TikTok where you need to confirm your region and then login to your account
You will be asked to confirm Hutch can connect to your TikTok account
You will be redirected back to the Pimento dashboard and your TikTok store is now connected!
**Please make sure you have changed the below settings**
When connecting TikTok Shop to a WMS (Warehouse Management System), you typically need to change the fulfilment configuration so that orders are fulfilled by you instead of TikTok’s own logistics.
If your current setting is: “Fulfilled via platform” you should change it to:
“Fulfilled by Seller” (or sometimes shown as “Ship by Seller” / “Seller Fulfilled” depending on region)
