Updated over a week ago

Hutch provides four levels of plans: Starter, Growth, Accelerate and Scale, as outlined on the pricing page. Each plan has a monthly price, e.g. £149 for Starter. On the first of each month, your wallet will be charged the monthly subscription amount for the coming month.

You can see the charge by going to Billing > Transactions, e.g.:

If you join Hutch in the middle of the month, you will be charged pro-rate for the number of days remaining in the month on the day your inventory arrives at the Hutch warehouse. For example, if your inventory arrives on the 20th September, your wallet will be charged 1/3 of the monthly fee on that date.

If you upgrade or downgrade plans during the month, the pro-rata'd difference will will be charged/refunded to your wallet.
