We love social media here at Hutch, and we've put together these guidelines for brands filming content and sharing on social media platforms at our warehouse:
Be mindful that not all staff members wish to appear in photos or videos shared on social media or uploaded to the internet.
When capturing content in the warehouse, avoid including other brands' stock, branded packaging, or manufacturers' information on boxes or pallets.
Share your intended content with Hutch for approval before publishing. We have a duty of care to ensure our other clients aren't included without their consent or put at risk.
Tag our account on the respective platform when uploading or including warehouse-filmed content in a social media post.
For live content: Please provide advance notice so we can prepare a suitable filming area and ensure nearby staff are comfortable potentially appearing in the background.
Share your content ideas before your visit so we can prepare appropriate areas for filming and address any potential operational issues.
