Royal Mail First Class Tracked (Tracked 24) is a service that offers next-day delivery and tracking for parcels and letters in the UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items by the end of the next business day, including Saturdays and Sundays. However, delivery can take up to two working days.

Royal Mail Second Class Tracked (Tracked 48) is a service that offers a two-day service and tracking for parcels and letters in the UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items by the end of the second business day, including Saturdays and Sundays. However, delivery can take up to three working days.

Brands will be unable to make a claim if the parcel was delivered within the specified working days that Royal Mail have mentioned in their T&C's.

Please Note: To make a claim, please contact your Account Manager and the Google Form link will be emailed to you.

Please Note: (UK) It needs to be at least 7 working days from the day it was due to be delivered before a claim can be submitted under 'lost'.
