You now have the ability to generate a Returns Label on behalf of the customer via the Orders page! Follow the simple steps below:

If you bring up the customer's order and select the three dots on the top right-hand side of the order page and select 'Generate Return Label' and it will open another tab with the link to the returns label.

Now you will be able to copy and paste the URL for the Returns Label and send this to your customer to attach to the return for it to come back to the Hutch Warehouse.

Please Note: Returns labels are only to be generated and used once! If you have any questions please contact your Account Manager.
