If you would like to add inserts such as (Thank you cards, How to use booklets, instruction card or an Oops cards) onto your orders, you need to:

  1. Create an insert, click on the Inventory section on the left hand side of your dashboard screen, then you click on Inserts and press the + Add insert button on the right hand side of your screen. Here you specify what kind of insert you are creating (Thank you cards, How to use booklets, instruction card or an Oops cards, etc..) then you click Add Insert and add as many inserts as you like once you are done, click on Submit Inserts button on the right hand side of your screen.

  2. To add your inserts onto your orders you will need to go to Add-ons section on the left hand side of your dashboard screen, then click on the + Add add-on button on the right hand side of your screen, here you have the option to customise your Add-ons as much as you like.

Is this addon for a limited time only?

The Add-on can apply forever, or for a limited time only by adding start and end date.

In what cases should this addon be applied?

If you have created an insert that is an instruction card on how to use a specific item , you can create an Add-on to be added when your customer orders this specific item by selecting Any order containing a specific item.

Other types of inserts would be Tissue paper, handwritten notes which also can be customised.
