When an order is created on Hutch, the £1.50 (plus VAT) picking fee is charged to the wallet. If an order is cancelled, this amount is refunded.

Shipping fees are charged at the time the order is shipped. If the order is a collection, or the order is being shipped within the U.K, VAT is applicable. You can see all the charges associated with an order on the details page.
